The RipCompass team researches official product pages, published terms and support documentation. Reviews explain the offer and compare the practical choices available to collectors.
- Product: pack format, collectible category, grading and physical redemption.
- Price and contents: purchase cost, available pool information, odds and valuation basis.
- Sell-back: offer amount, percentage base, deadline, cash or credit and fees.
- Withdrawals: supported methods, verification, minimums and settlement conditions.
- Delivery: destinations, shipping costs, dispatch estimates and insurance terms.
How the 1–10 score works
We score four criteria: pack selection information, product transparency, sell-back information and delivery information. Each contributes 25% to the overall score. We average the four criterion scores and round once to one decimal place.
Pack selection considers available categories, tiers, prices and collecting options. Transparency considers terms, contents, odds, valuations and eligibility. Sell-back information covers the offer basis, fees, deadlines, balance type and withdrawal conditions. Delivery information covers custody, destinations, charges and fulfillment estimates.
- 1–3: Very little usable information or few established features in the reviewed material.
- 4–6: Some useful features and information, with substantial gaps or conditions still to resolve.
- 7–8: A well-described offering with several practical details available; some limitations remain.
- 9–10: A particularly comprehensive offering or detailed information across the criterion’s key questions.
Each review gives the reasoning behind all four scores. Scores assess the documented offering as of the review date. Limited access can reduce a score because fewer details can be established; it does not establish poor transaction performance. Customer ratings, delivery tests and payout tests are separate evidence. A score is not an estimate of pack returns.
Featured placement and comparison controls
Featured platforms appear prominently in the default comparison. Placement is not a numerical review score. Choose Highest score to order platforms by their editorial rating, or use alphabetical sorting and category filters. A featured placement does not add points.
