COLLECTOR SUPPORT

Something didn’t
go as expected?

Organize what happened, what evidence you have and the outcome you’re seeking. Send a private complaint to the RipCompass team, with permission to contact the operator and follow up.

Start with the operator

If you haven’t already, contact the platform’s official support and keep its response. RipCompass cannot access your account, reverse a transaction or guarantee a resolution.

Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents, home addresses or full account identifiers. Do not upload or email those items. Describe what evidence exists; keep attachments out of the initial complaint.

Fair treatment for collectors and operators

Reports should describe first-hand events and distinguish an allegation from an established fact. A public case would require evidence review, removal of private information, the collector’s permission and an opportunity for the operator to respond. We have not launched a public complaints scoreboard or claimed any resolved cases.

The required consent covers your complaint summary, requested outcome and contact email being shared with the selected operator. It does not cover attachments, additional private evidence or public publication. Those need separate permission. For a factual error in our own review, use the correction route.
