Approx. delivery time: withdrawal to your door
Card-specific estimate; partner-vault holdings can take longer
A physical withdrawal has two stages: retrieval and packing, then carrier transit. Holding a card in an online inventory does not start a shipment. Submit a shipping request and use its destination-specific quote to plan the arrival date.
Vault location and US / European access
Vault location: Varies by custodian; country not published
External intake: Graded consumer card submissions; sealed submissions not accepted
Europe appears as a shipping region; exact destination must pass eligibility checks
Depositing a graded collection
Collector Crypt’s consumer deposit instructions start with an account and a deposit request. The submitted cards must be graded, and the page excludes sealed consumer submissions. Inspection and physical vaulting come before issuance of the corresponding digital asset. It states that there is no deposit fee.
This route should be compared with other graded-slab services, rather than assumed to cover loose raw cards or unopened booster boxes. The consumer deposit instructions, rather than the platform’s broader technical capabilities, determine which submissions it accepts.

What the digital holding changes
A digital representation allows a collectible to change hands without the physical card travelling for every transaction. That can be useful for an owner who trades more often than they ship cards home. It also makes account and wallet access part of managing the collection.
The marketplace documentation distinguishes the Solana marketplace from cards traded on other supported networks through different venues. Consequently, one fee or payment description should not be copied across every possible transaction. Check the venue, settlement currency and net proceeds shown for the sale you actually intend to make.

Getting the physical card back
The withdrawal guide describes starting a request, paying for shipment and burning the digital asset corresponding to the card. Burning ends that digital representation as the physical item is released. Treat the withdrawal decision as moving the collectible out of the online trading workflow.
Some cards are held in partner vaults, and the provider says these can take longer. The current guide does not publish one numerical delivery estimate for all cards. Ask which custody location holds your item, how long release processing should take and which part of the estimate covers carrier transit.
Comparing the actual cost for a European address
The published shipping workflow includes a quotation stage based on the selected assets and shipping address. Europe is one of its regions, but destination restrictions still apply. A regional label should therefore not be read as confirmation that every European territory can receive every shipment.
Use the total for your own basket, including any displayed insurance, fees and import-related amounts. The quote is specific to the selected cards and destination. Comparing a quote for one ordinary slab against another provider’s insured high-value parcel would give a misleading result; keep card count, value and destination consistent.
The questions to settle before choosing custody
For long-term storage, ask for the named physical custodian, location, recurring storage tariff and insurance limits. The short public deposit and withdrawal guides do not provide all of those details. Record the answer alongside the card’s identifier so the terms are attached to the actual holding.
Collector Crypt is a conditional recommendation: its digital trading tools may appeal, but confirm a card-specific release commitment if predictable physical delivery is your priority.
