CARD VAULT REVIEW

Looking to open packs as well?

For digital pack openings, our featured pick is TheCollectibles.io. Reveal a physical card, then choose whether to keep it, ship it or accept an available sell-back offer.

This is a pack-opening platform recommendation, not a replacement for an external card-storage service. Check country access, delivery costs and the exact offer before opening.

TheCollectibles.io is our featured brand. About this placement.

Approx. delivery time: withdrawal to your door

Up to one week to process and dispatch, then carrier transit

A physical withdrawal has two stages: retrieval and packing, then carrier transit. Holding a card in an online inventory does not start a shipment. Submit a shipping request and use its destination-specific quote to plan the arrival date.

Vault location and US / European access

Vault location: Oregon, United States

External intake: AC, PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC slabs; raw cards through paid grading

International submissions and retrievals supported subject to country restrictions; not a European vault

What goes into the Oregon vault

Arena Club has two distinct intake paths. Already-graded AC, PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC slabs can enter its vaulting service. Raw cards instead go through Arena Club grading before they appear in the showroom. A collector happy with an existing slab therefore does not need to treat the raw-card grading price as a storage charge.

The submission page estimates 30 business days for eligible slab intake and modern-card grading. Vintage grading can take longer. Submitted slabs must be priced for sale, so consider whether you want a public marketplace listing before choosing this service for a private collection.

The cost of getting your cards back

Withdrawal combines a per-card retrieval charge, carrier shipping and insurance. Ten cards therefore create $10 in retrieval charges before the other costs. Combining cards might change the shipping economics, but obtain the actual order quote instead of assuming a flat package price.

Above $1,000 declared package value, Arena Club requires a two-day shipping service. That is a carrier requirement, not a promise that the entire retrieval takes two days. The support estimate allows up to one week for processing and dispatch; transit follows. Orders waiting for payment do not begin processing.

European collectors: an overseas storage decision

The physical storage location is Oregon. US senders can obtain Arena Club submission labels; international customers arrange their own inbound carrier and customs. Retrieval is available where its supported carriers operate, subject to the published exclusions and temporary restrictions.

Check your exact destination before sending a collection. European access does not mean European storage, and return shipping can involve duties, VAT or carrier clearance charges. Arena Club says those import costs are paid to customs or the carrier rather than collected as its own retrieval fee.

Ownership, insurance and staying active

The custody agreement distinguishes your cards from Arena Club property and describes market-value insurance coverage. For return shipments, the retrieval guide explains that an inflated declared value does not increase a claim beyond the true value of the items. Keep purchase records and clear card identifiers.

Storage duration is tied to an active account in good standing. The terms describe outreach after 12 months of inactivity and consequences if that outreach goes unanswered for three months. For a collection intended to remain untouched for years, maintaining current contact details is part of managing this vault.
