The short verdict
CardOutpost provides useful balance and payout documentation, but the shipping conflict prevents a confident delivered-cost comparison. A 100% card-value buyback is not a refund of pack price. Confirm the actual payout path, shipment quote and slab fulfillment standard before buying.
Pros
- Named operator and public terms
- Published balance and payout-method explanations
- Physical shipping country list
Cons
- Purchased Pack Balance is nonwithdrawable
- Conflicting published shipping charges and timing
- Displayed certification need not be the delivered slab

What packs does CardOutpost offer?
Public pages show Pokémon Premium, Elite, Master, Grail, Legendary, God and Titan packs. We have not verified a complete current probability table or an executable checkout price.
What is the most expensive card you can pull?
The homepage labels Titan with a $25,000 maximum pull. This is a promotional ceiling, not a verified typical return or independently appraised available card.
Catalog snapshot: October 10, 2026. Values are operator estimates, not independent appraisals. Pack pools, prices and availability change.

Review scope and product model
CardOutpost deserves coverage for a useful reason: its headline buyback rate is unusually easy to misread. A card sold for its displayed value does not mean the original pack purchase is refunded. Its terms name Arcade Processing LLC as operator and separate nonwithdrawable purchased Pack Balance from conditional Earnings Balance created by eligible sellbacks.
What the 100% number means
The homepage advertises instant credit equal to the card’s displayed value. It also offers marketplace listings, which require another buyer.
For example, a hypothetical $100 pack producing a $55 card would return $55 at a 100% card-value rate: a $45 shortfall before any payout costs. The percentage’s denominator is the card valuation, not the money spent opening. Compare executable offers for the same card and grade; a higher percentage does not automatically beat a lower percentage based on a different valuation.
Our Courtyard review explains another offer-based exit model, while RipVault’s store-credit guide helps distinguish credit from cash. Those differences matter more than lining up percentages without their conditions.
Withdrawing earnings
The FAQ links payment method to payout method: card and wallet-funded purchases lead to PayPal, US Stripe Connect bank funding to bank transfer, and crypto to USDC on Base. It describes manual PayPal processing of 24–48 hours followed by another 1–3 business days; bank transfers around two business days; and USDC usually within minutes. These are estimates, subject to review.
The terms make method availability conditional and describe identity, matching-name and security checks. We could not establish a universal minimum or fee from a completed withdrawal screen. Do not assume that a method listed in help will be available to your country and account.
Does the pictured certification identify your exact slab?
The terms say the displayed certification can be illustrative: fulfillment is the same card, grade and grading company, subject to availability, rather than necessarily the pictured certification number.
This matters to collectors who care about centering, label generation or a particular slab’s appearance. Ask for the fulfillment standard and inspect the supplied certification. The homepage names PSA, BGS, CGC and SGC and describes a US warehouse, but those company claims do not substitute for an independent custody inspection.
Shipping: the published pages disagree
The FAQ states $20 shipping, or $10 for Gold members, plus a $5 case charge; a $20 minimum card value; up to 20 cards per shipment; and up to four weeks for standard delivery. It gives a shorter window for eligible already-vaulted slabs.
By contrast, the shipping policy says charges vary with destination, value and carrier, and requests are processed within two business days before transit. Its list covers 32 destinations, including the US, Canada, UK, Finland and Germany; Estonia is absent. Import charges fall to the recipient.
These pages cannot establish one dependable universal delivered price or arrival date. A hypothetical standard FAQ shipment adds $25 before import charges, but we would not present that as a confirmed quote for every destination. Obtain the actual total and dispatch estimate before paying, and keep them with the order record.
Odds and proof
The homepage says pack outcomes use weighted randomness and can be verified. Its headline maximum pull values are ceilings, not typical outcomes. We have not independently run a verifier, identified an audit report or established a current complete pack distribution.
Consequently this review does not calculate expected return or recommend a particular pack. A named chase needs its probability, grade and remaining availability, not just a large dollar label.
Our assessment
CardOutpost has useful public explanations of balances and payout paths, but the conflicting shipping information prevents a confident delivered-cost comparison. Its support address is support@cardoutpost.com. The shipping policy describes a special buyback remedy after failed quality checks, which should not be confused with the ordinary sellback rate.
We would add it as a cautiously documented option, with unresolved fees and fulfillment details visible. Before funding, confirm account eligibility, the precise payout route, shipping total, slab substitution standard and pack probabilities. This is a terms-based assessment, not a finding that delivery, liquidity or custody has been independently verified.
